The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for performing and coordinating sales operations processes and projects, as well as developing and maintaining sales reporting systems. Primary responsibilities include creating and managing sales reports and information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and performing sales/revenue analytics.

He/she is a technical leader, being the expert in network technologies, mentor to other staff members and advisor to Online Tech's management.
